If you are based in Sydney then a meeting can be arranged at your office. If you are in the country, interstate or overseas then contact and liaison can be via phone, skype and email.

At this first stage Chris will tell you frankly and honestly whether Unusual Solutions can be of assistance. If they can , he will then complete his own basic research (with assistance from you) and come back to you with the framework of a suitable solution or concept, together with cost estimates. This solution may or may not require additional research.
 

At this stage there is absolutely no cost or obligation whatsoever.

You only pay if you proceed to the next stage. If you accept the presented concept, you can either implement the programme yourself, in which case you only pay a concept fee, or you can have it supervised or totally managed by Unusual Solutions, in which case you pay an additional management fee – the choice is yours. Which-ever option you take, all costs are fixed and clearly stated and agreed upon up front before work commences.
